So, you're the Chief Engineer, Eh? What makes you so special? Your special white hardhat? Your fancy jumpsuit? Well guess what. It doesn't. Sort of. As the Chief Engineer, your job is to manage and make sure your engineers to their jobs properly. But this is NOT a free pass to have them to the work, and for you to slack off.
What do I do?
You have a RIG Suit in your room for a reason. You may be their boss, but you're still supposed to be doing labour. Get that suit on and help your underlings set up the engine. If there's a new guy on your team, make sure you walk him through the steps. They're all relying on you to teach them, and lead them through the steps. Make sure you monitor the power, and alert anyone over the engineering channel when it happens.
